How It Works: NZ Health Naturally UMF 15+ Manuka holds the Active Manuka Honey Association (AMHA) licence to certify that the honey meets the required levels of unique activity as defined by Dr. Peter Molan a New Zealands Waikato University.
Dosage: Spread generously onto bread or toast, enjoy as an eating experience by itself, or mix with warm water and enjoy as a soothing drink. Delicious when added to a marinade and/or used as a cooking agent. Caution: Do not give honey to babies under 1 year of age.
