3. How can I shop?
We are glad that you have found interesting products on our Web site!
If you are our existing member, you may add your desired items to your shopping cart and then sign in to complete the order procedures.
If you are new to Shop NZ, you are required to complete the registration procedures before you can confirm your order.
Once we have received your details, we will contact you within 2 business days to confirm the delivery date.
4. How can I pay for purchased items?
For security reason we only accept credit card (visa and master) payment through PayPal. After you have selected your items, sign in Shop NZ and fill in the required credit card details.
5. How long does delivery take?
The estimated time for delivery is 5-7 business days, depends on destination address, and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for delivery from our facilities.
We'll contact you within 2 business days (i.e Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, exclude public holidays) upon receipt of your purchase order to schedule the delivery date and time.
6. How can I return the purchased items?

7. Can I pick up my own items at your store?
Sure! You can select ‘ pick up by customers’ when you are completing the purchase procedures. We will contact you shortly upon receipt of your online order and inform you the date when the items are ready for pick up. Address of our store:
